Jewel Glimpse Shipping Policy

At Jewel Glimpse, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time, so you can shine with confidence.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Time & Charges

Standard Delivery (Pakistan-wide): 3–5 business days.
Express Delivery (Major Cities): 1–3 business days.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.
- Flat rate of PKR 200 for orders below PKR 3,000.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan.
For orders above PKR 10,000, we may require a partial advance payment for confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your package through our courier partner’s website.

Delays

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
If your order is delayed, our support team will keep you updated.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. (We’ll soon expand to international customers.)
